Opened the whole year round - built in 2013 - the house is located only a few steps away from Oetz center. A lot of space around the house and spacious magnitude in apartments ensures a real rest in your summer and winter holiday in Oetz in Oetztal valley.

We offer you two modern and light apartments with a balcony:
One 2-room apartment for 2-3 persons as well as
One 3-room apartment for 4-5 persons.

In winter a ski bus stop is located only in several steps. The ski bus will deliver you to a cable car to Hoch-Oetz in several minutes.
In summer Oetz offers you everything which is implied by the rest in the mountains: lofty mountains, fresh air and one of the most beautiful lakes for swimming in Tirol – the lake Piburger See!
